Crunchyroll took the stage at Anime Expo to announce a new wave of anime titles coming to its platform, unveiling English-subtitled trailers for several of them during the panel.
Highlights from the Lineup
Among the announcements, Crunchyroll confirmed that Nirvana’s classic track “Breed” will serve as the opening theme for one of the newly announced titles. The company also confirmed it will stream Aoashi Season 2, though the trailer screened at the event has not yet been made publicly available online.
Ghost of Tsushima: Legends — New Staff Revealed
The panel shed further light on the upcoming Ghost of Tsushima: Legends anime series, with several key staff members now confirmed:
- Satoshi Maejima and Gen Urobuchi are writing the script. Urobuchi had previously been announced for story composition as well.
- Takashi Okazaki is serving as character designer.
- HAYATE Inc. is overseeing the production.
Here U Are and Solo Leveling: Beyond the System Also Announced
Rounding out the announcements, Crunchyroll revealed that the Here U Are anime and the Solo Leveling: Beyond the System anime film are both in the works and heading to the platform.
Following the panel, Crunchyroll also added a trailer for Dengeki Daisy to its announcement lineup.
