Contents of the Latest PV

The PV shows Rudeus continuing to move forward despite the major loss of his father’s death, supported by his two wives, Sylphiette and Roxy, as well as his mother Zenith and the people he loves. These warm, ordinary moments reflect the family life Rudeus has built. The PV also gives the first preview of the ending song.

Ending Theme “Inori, Owareba” by Mika Nakashima

“Inori, Owareba” was written and composed by Shinoda, guitarist and vocalist of the rock band Hitorie. Shinoda previously contributed to the series as the composer of “On the Frontline”, the opening theme for the second cour of Mushoku Tensei season 2.

Comment from Mika Nakashima

I am deeply honored to have the opportunity to sing the ending theme for Mushoku Tensei Season 3. The song “Inori, Owareba,” which I received from Shinoda-san, has a color different from my previous songs. I could feel his intention and dedication toward me throughout the production process. Thank you for this wonderful encounter. I will always treasure this song in my heart. I hope everyone enjoys “Inori, Owareba” together with the anime.

Comment from Shinoda (Hitorie)

I received this tremendous opportunity, and at the same time, I felt so much weight that I did not know where to begin writing. After thinking it over for a long time, I concluded that the best thing I could do was write a sincere “love song” from the heart, without embellishment, and have Mika Nakashima-san sing it. When I heard her voice come out through the song I had written, I was so excited that my blood almost boiled. The title “Inori, Owareba” came to mind from the very beginning, and after waiting several days, no other title could surpass it.
