The TV anime 「才女のお世話 高嶺の花だらけな名門校で、学院一のお嬢様（生活能力皆無）を陰ながらお世話することになりました」 (hereafter referred to as “才女のお世話”) is set to begin broadcasting on MBS on July 4, 2026. The latest update reveals additional voice cast members, the opening song, and the first PV for fans to enjoy.

Story Overview

This series is a romantic comedy centered on the relationship between Konohana Hinako, a young woman who must play the role of a “perfect ojou-sama” in front of everyone around her, and Tomonari Izuki, a poor student quietly appointed as her secret “attendant” at a prestigious school filled with high-society young ladies.

Additional Voice Cast

Two additional cast members have been announced:

• Koshimizu Ami as Tsurumi Shizune, a cool-natured but highly capable maid in service to the Konohana family. She also trains Izuki in every area from etiquette to self-defense.
• Koyasu Takehito as Konohana Kegan, Hinako’s father and chairman of the Konohana Business Group — Japan’s top financial conglomerate. He accepted Izuki after a kidnapping incident and welcomed him into the household as Hinako’s personal attendant.

Opening Theme: angela — “最最最高級のお世話して”

The opening theme for this anime goes to the group angela with the song 「最最最高級のお世話して」. The first PV released features the voices of the main characters — Hinako, Izuki, Kegan, Shizune, and the Kio Academy ojou-samas Bire and Naruka — along with a taste of the opening song.

Koshimizu Ami (voicing Tsurumi Shizune)

The charm of this series lies in how utterly adorable, beautiful, and perfectly flawless Hinako is in every way (laughs) — while at the same time, the everyday school life flowing through Izuki’s ups and downs, along with the charm and excitement that the heroines bring, make it irresistible. For this role, I silently battled my own anxieties. I hope Shizune comes across as interesting in everyone’s eyes.

Koyasu Takehito (voicing Konohana Kegan)

The appeal of this story is the exchange of feelings between the caretaker and the one being cared for — just as the title says (laughs). For my performance, I tried to bring out a sense of quiet authority naturally, being careful not to come across as too heavy-handed, since at the end of the day he’s only human (laughs).

angela — atsuko

This song was born specifically as the opening theme for “才女のお世話.” The lyrics reflect the feelings of both Izuki and Hinako — the melody is simple and sure to get stuck in your head. This year, we’re here to bring color to the anime and the summer with this song. Don’t miss “才女のお世話”!

angela — KATSU

We’ve made another banger! I’m fully confident the original work and the anime will both nod and say, “Yes, this is the opening theme!” As for the B-side, 「夏夏夏です」, I wrote it with a theme hidden inside about bittersweet summer days spent together with Hinako. angela’s summer 2026 begins with this song!
