The production is led by director Namba Hitoshi, with Shimizu Megumi in charge of series composition, and animation studio Lay-duce handling the animation.

Comments from the Artists
DISH// (Kitamura Takumi)
When I heard that this series had come to us, I was really moved that a project like this would seek us out. I had a feeling it would be an exciting new challenge. I wanted this song to feel like the curtain rising on the story, reflecting Ito’s life forward alongside everyone. The words and conversations born from being family — I believe this piece is filled with love. I feel the song has a different perspective, and the excitement in Ito’s heart isn’t just love, but also the promise “we’ll be a family,” which makes it feel even deeper, wider, and more tender. It’s a very warm piece of work.
Shio Reira
Now that I have this opportunity, I feel there are many things in the story that reflect my own personal feelings about family, so I tried to channel words that connect both myself and the original work. The ties in daily life look like ordinary things, but they are actually miracles and the closest happiness. This piece is like a four-leaf clover — I invite everyone to find the happiness within it.
New Cast Additions: Ono Daisuke and Endo Aya
Ono Daisuke, voicing the father Narita Izao, commented: “I have worked with director Namba on other productions before, so I was very happy to receive the role of Izao this time around. As for Endo Aya, the two of us often get cast as a married couple or romantic partners in dubbing, so it really feels like a stroke of genuine good luck. The studio atmosphere is also very warm — I hope that warmth comes through in the anime as well.”
Endo Aya, voicing the mother Narita Saho, commented: “Anyone who has read the original manga knows that this story never fails to put a smile on your face. I was smiling the whole time outside of the actual recording sessions every time I came to the studio — it really felt like meeting a wonderful family among the cast and fellow performers. I’m very excited as an audience member myself to see the finished work.”
Advance Screening Event
On May 24, a special advance screening event was held featuring main cast members Ozora Naomi, Masuda Toshiki, Yashiro Taku, Ono Kensho, and Terasawa Momoka on stage. At the event, the second PV, theme song information, and additional cast members were revealed for the first time. The atmosphere on stage was warm and lively, fitting the family theme of the show.
