The anime production team behind Daemons of the Shadow Realm (Japanese title: Yomi no Tsugai) by Hiromu Arakawa has announced two new voice cast members last Saturday.
Synopsis
In a remote mountain village watched over by two stone guardian statues, Yuru, a young man living a quiet life, resides with Asa, his twin sister who is the only family he has left. Asa is kept locked in a cage to carry out a mysterious “duty” for the village. What made Asa a prisoner, and what other secrets lie hidden in this seemingly tranquil village?

Hiromu Arakawa, creator of Fullmetal Alchemist and Silver Spoon, began serializing this manga in Square Enix’s Monthly Shonen Gangan in November 2021. The most recent 12th compiled volume went on sale on March 12 of this year. Square Enix Manga & Books handles the English-language edition.
