Detective Conan fans can get ready. The collaboration package between the film 「名探偵コナン ハイウェイの堕天使」(Detective Conan: Highway Fallen Angel) and the well-known Yokohama confectionery brand 「横浜バニラ」(Yokohama Vanilla) is now officially available to order online. This is the first time fans across Japan can buy it without traveling to a physical store.
Film Synopsis
Highway Fallen Angel is set in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. While Conan and friends visit the “Kanagawa Motorcycle Festival,” a major motorcycle event, a mysterious “black motorcycle” suddenly speeds out of control. Chasing it is Chihaya Hagiwara, a white police motorcycle officer from the Kanagawa Prefectural Police Traffic Division, whom Ran once saw as a “goddess of the wind.”
Later at the same event, a cutting-edge police motorcycle named “Angel” is unveiled. At the same time, the black motorcycle appears again in Tokyo, creating a mystery that must be solved. The film is described as the “fastest battle mystery in history”: a clash between the goddess of the wind and a black fallen angel.
Collaboration Package and Design
The box design uses the Yokohama skyline as its background and features Conan Edogawa and Chihaya Hagiwara. Its main color is blue, Yokohama Vanilla’s brand color. The sides of the box are decorated with a brick pattern, a symbolic motif from the film, giving the package a distinctly Yokohama atmosphere.
