The official website for the anime Steel Ball Run JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure has published an official interview with Patrick Seitz, the English dub director for the adaptation of Hirohiko Araki‘s original manga.
The interview is part of a relay interview series with the production staff. The series previously began with Episode 1 featuring director Yasuhiro Kimura. This time, Patrick Seitz discusses his personal connection to the JoJo franchise, as well as his approach and attention to detail when directing English voice recording. He also recommends that fans try watching in “English dub + Japanese subtitles” mode, describing it as an interesting experience in its own right.
Steel Ball Run Synopsis
The anime follows the adventures of Johnny Joestar and Gyro Zeppeli as they participate in the first transcontinental horse race across North America in human history, known as the “Steel Ball Run.” Their journey is filled with mysteries and danger.
