The popular TV anime Detective Conan will hold a special event celebrating the 30th anniversary of its broadcast. The event, titled Harukas 300 x Detective Conan, will take place at the Harukas 300 observation deck in Osaka’s Abeno Harukas building from July 24 to November 29, 2026.

Detective Conan is a TV anime based on the manga by Gosho Aoyama, serialized in Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen Sunday. The work won the 46th Shogakukan Manga Award in the shonen category and has surpassed 270 million copies in circulation worldwide. The anime first aired in January 1996, and in 2026 it reaches the major milestone of its 30th anniversary. The latest film, Detective Conan: Highway’s Fallen Angel, is currently screening in theaters and continues to perform strongly at the box office.
Event Highlights
During the event, the Harukas 300 observation deck, located around 300 meters above ground, will be transformed into the world of Conan. Major highlights include:
- A retrospective exhibition of memorable episodes set in Osaka and the Kansai region
- A special romance exhibition focused on Heiji Hattori, the detective of the west, and Kazuha Toyama, his childhood friend, a relationship fans have long followed
