Anime fans should get ready. Detective Conan will air a special crossover episode with Tantei Pretty Cure! on Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 18:00 to 18:30. The synopsis and preview images have now been revealed.
Two Legendary Detective Series Cross Worlds
Detective Conan is a mystery anime that began airing in 1996 and celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2026. The story follows high school detective Shinichi Kudo, who is forced by the Black Organization to swallow a poison that shrinks his body. He then lives under the name Conan Edogawa while continuing to solve cases.
Tantei Pretty Cure! is the 23rd entry in the Pretty Cure franchise, which began in 2004. Its protagonist, Anna Akechi, travels back in time to 1999 and becomes a Pretty Cure detective named Cure Answer.
Although the two works are produced by different companies – Detective Conan by TMS Entertainment and Tantei Pretty Cure! by Toei Animation – and air on different channels, they have achieved a crossover. On May 31, Conan Edogawa appeared in Tantei Pretty Cure!, and now Cure Answer will enter the world of Detective Conan.
Special Episode Synopsis: “Hanamaru na Answer”
A series of jewel robberies occurs in Beika City. Ayumi Yoshida, who has recently become fascinated with Pretty Cure, believes that if the thieves appear, Pretty Cure will come too, so she becomes eager to meet her favorite character.
Conan and the Detective Boys keep watch at Kaneko Jewelry Store, rumored to be the next target. They follow suspicious customers and identify both the date of the crime and the gang’s hideout, allowing the police to round them up at once. However, Ayumi notices something strange. Can the Detective Boys solve the mystery?
