The official website for the TV anime adaptation of the light novel The Oblivious Saint Can’t Contain Her Power (Japanese title: Mujikaku Seijo wa Kyo mo Muishiki ni Chikara o Tare Nagasu), written by Almond and illustrated by Yoshiro Ambe, revealed several new details at once, including additional cast members, the official premiere date, and the anime’s main key visual.
Broadcast Date and Channels
The anime will premiere on June 30 on AT-X at 22:00 JST. It will also air on Tokyo MX, BS11, Tochigi TV, and Gunma TV.
Synopsis
Carolina, the daughter of a powerful duke, often sees herself as the black sheep of her family. Her father is the honored prime minister, while her older sister is a genius mage destined to become the nation’s next saint. Carolina quietly accepts life in the shadows of those around her until an unexpected royal decree changes her fate, forcing her into a political marriage with the “Bloodthirsty Prince” of the neighboring Malcosias Empire.

Original Work
The original novel was published by Almond on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website before being removed in May 2022. Earth Star Entertainment later published it in print with illustrations by Yoshiro Ambe starting in June 2021, ending with the fourth volume in June 2023. J-Novel Club has published all volumes in English. A manga adaptation by Etou launched on the Comic Earth Star website in April 2022 and is still ongoing.
