The staff for season 2 of the TV anime 「正反対な君と僕」 (Seihantai na Kimi to Boku / You and I Are Polar Opposites) has officially revealed the main visual. The new season is scheduled to air in the summer 2026 season.
The visual shows the two main characters, Suzuki and Tani, standing at the center, surrounded by classmates with varied personalities. The nine students form a large heart together. Each character’s expression and pose also reflects their individuality, suggesting that relationships will expand further in this season.
The anime is adapted from the original manga by Kocha Agasawa. It tells the story of two “opposites”: Suzuki, a cheerful girl who is attentive to those around her, and Tani, a quiet boy with firm principles. The two gradually open up and develop their relationship through mutual respect.
Broadcast Schedule
The anime will air on MBS / TBS and 28 affiliated stations across Japan starting July 5, 2026, every Sunday at 5:00 p.m.
