Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon has its first official fan club in franchise history, titled Pretty Guardians. Membership is now open, and details have been revealed for this year’s new and renewal member benefits.
About Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon
Sailor Moon is Naoko Takeuchi’s manga series, which began serialization in Kodansha’s monthly Nakayoshi magazine in 1991. Over the decades, the work has been translated into 17 languages and its anime has aired in more than 40 countries, becoming a social phenomenon both inside and outside Japan.
A new project began in 2012, covering complete editions of the manga, pocket editions, ebooks, new anime, musicals, licensed goods, the fan club, and official shops. As part of the 30th anniversary project, the long-awaited art book Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Resone ART WORKS 1991-2023 was released in 2024, and Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon The Super Live is scheduled for London, a North American tour, and performances in Japan in 2025.

This year’s membership card also features a new illustration of Usagi Tsukino and Mamoru Chiba. The design changes every year.
Other Benefits and Registration
Pretty Guardians is also accepting fan club advance reservations for season 2 of Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon -Shining Theater Shinagawa Tokyo-. Members can access exclusive limited goods, complete sets of random merchandise, and special benefits when showing their membership card.
The fan club accepts both domestic Japanese members and overseas members, with support for English and Chinese.
