The TV anime Oni no Hanayome has officially released its main promotional video, key visual, and theme song details ahead of its summer 2026 premiere.

About the Series

Oni no Hanayome is based on the novel by Kureha (Starts Publishing Bunko) and is described as a “Japanese-style ayakashi Cinderella story.” The series follows Shinonome Yuzu, an ordinary high school girl who has long been mistreated by her family, whose fate is dramatically upended when she encounters Kiryuuin Reiya, a fearsome oni who stands at the very top of the ayakashi world.

Theme Songs

The main PV features both theme songs in full: the opening theme “Hitokoto” performed by ClariS, and the ending theme “Shinboshi” performed by Yamazaki Ikuzo. Both artists submitted comments to mark the occasion.

Broadcast & Streaming Schedule

The series premieres on July 4, 2026 on TOKYO MX, BS11, Gunma TV, and Tochigi TV at 24:30 (every Saturday). Additional broadcast slots follow on CBC TV, Yomiuri TV, Fukuoka Broadcasting, Shizuoka Broadcasting, Hiroshima TV, HTB Hokkaido TV, Tohoku Broadcasting, RSK Sanyo Broadcasting, and AT-X at various times throughout the week.

Simultaneous streaming begins on July 4, 2026 at 24:30 via dAnime Store, ABEMA, U-NEXT, and Anime Hodai.
