The TV anime Tongari Boshi no Atelier, based on the manga by Shirahama Kamome, has released a new story visual alongside a “last-spurt” web CM packed with highlights from the series’ final stretch, as well as a short preview clip for episode 12.
New Story Visual: Riche’s Stern Expression
The latest story visual depicts Riche wearing a tense, determined expression as she prepares to face the “Second Exam,” an ordeal arranged specifically for her by Keefree. The image sets the stage for the high-stakes drama awaiting viewers in the closing episodes.
Last-Spurt Web CM: Episodes 11–13 Highlights
The accompanying web CM compiles key scenes from episodes 11 through 13, which form the core of the Second Exam arc. Viewers can catch glimpses of Agott and her companions navigating the treacherous Snake-Back Cave, the ominous words spoken by the broad-brimmed-hat witch Sasaran, and a sudden crisis that threatens Coco and her friends as they wait outside the cave for the exam to conclude.
Episode 12 Short Preview: “The Shadow of Romonone”
A short preview for episode 12, titled “The Shadow of Romonone,” has also been released. The episode is scheduled to air on June 22.
About the Anime
Tongari Boshi no Atelier follows Coco, a young girl who accidentally discovers the “absolute secret” of the witches’ world and becomes a witch’s apprentice, stepping into an unknown realm of magic. Coco is voiced by Motomura Reina.
Comic Natalie has also published an interview with director Watanabe Ayumu, in which he discusses his commitment to faithfully recreating Shirahama’s artwork and world, his exchanges with the original author, and the original songs composed by Eve and Nakamura Hak to complement the anime’s atmosphere.
