The new anime Tiny Metal: Zero Line, based on AREA35‘s turn-based tactical game series, made its world debut at Japan Expo 2026 on July 9 at the Parc des Expositions de Paris-Nord Villepinte in France, where the pilot episode was screened for the first time. A teaser trailer is now streaming on the game’s official YouTube channel.

Story

In the aftermath of the Great War, the world is haunted by a dangerous legacy known as Lost Tech — caches of powerful war machines buried beneath the earth and long forgotten. The Kingdom of Artemisia, wary of their terrible history, refuses to seek out or use these weapons.

But one officer, Major Nathan Gries, comes to believe that the only way to keep the world safe is to locate and secure the Lost Tech before it falls into enemy hands. His conviction is tested when an urgent message arrives: “Emergency transmission from the White Fangs. An unknown signal has been detected beneath the Northridge Alps—”

Major Nathan Gries, Lord General Isoroku Tsukumo, and Wolfram, leader of the White Fangs, must now face a new challenge brought on by the Lost Tech.
