A new collectible treat has been announced for fans of the TV anime Yomi no Tsugai (黄泉のツガイ): a wafer candy set with collectible cards set to hit candy aisles at mass-market retailers across Japan from November 2026, priced at ¥176 (tax included) per pack.
About Yomi no Tsugai
Yomi no Tsugai is a TV anime adaptation of the ongoing fantasy manga by Hiromu Arakawa, serialized in Monthly Shōnen GanGan (Square Enix). The story follows Yuru, a young hunter living in a small mountain village, who becomes embroiled in a conflict surrounding mysterious beings known as “Tsugai.”
The anime began broadcasting in April 2026, with its second cour launching in July. The main cast includes Kensho Ono as Yuru, Yume Miyamoto as Yuru’s younger sister Asa, and Yuichi Nakamura as the traveling merchant Dera. Animation is produced by Bones Film.
