A brand-new collectible has arrived for fans of the TV anime Kusuriya no Hitorigoto (The Apothecary Diaries): the Acrylic Logo Display EX Kusuriya no Hitorigoto. Featuring the series’ title logo rendered in premium acrylic, the item is now open for pre-order at Bancole!, the character-goods storefront within Premium Bandai, from 12:00 noon on Monday, 10 August 2026.
A Franchise at Its Peak
Kusuriya no Hitorigoto has surpassed a cumulative 45 million copies sold across all formats. The TV anime, which began airing in October 2023, won over audiences of all ages with the sharp-witted heroine Maomao, an authentic mystery narrative, and a richly exotic period setting full of human drama.
On 22 October 2025 — the anime’s second broadcast anniversary — the production announced two major projects: TV Anime Season 3, set to air in a split two-cour format from October 2026, and the franchise’s first theatrical film, Gekijouban Kusuriya no Hitorigoto: Bouhi no Hihou, scheduled to open on Friday, 11 December 2026.
