KADOKAWA PLASTIC MODEL SERIES has unveiled a 1/48 scale plastic model kit of the Arbalest, the iconic Arm Slave piloted by protagonist Sousuke Sagara in Full Metal Panic!. The kit marks a historic first for the franchise: it is the first plastic model to fully reproduce all three of the Arbalest’s tactical combat forms. To celebrate the announcement, a product introduction PV featuring the voices of Sousuke Sagara (CV: Tomokazu Seki) and Al (CV: Takehiro Murozono) has also been released.
Supervised by the Series’ Own Mechanical Designer
The kit was developed under the full supervision of Kanetake Ebikawa, the mechanical designer for Full Metal Panic!. Standing approximately 177 mm tall, the model packs in highly realistic mechanical detail across its entire frame.
All Three Tactical Forms — A Plastic Model First
The headline feature is the complete reproduction of all three tactical forms, never before achieved in a single plastic model kit:
- Standard Form
- ECS Active State
- Lambda Driver Active State
Wide-range articulation throughout the body allows for dynamic poses including shooting stances and slashing attacks, faithfully recreating key combat scenes from the series.

The standard kit includes the following:
