Bandai has announced a lottery sale on its official shopping site Premium Bandai for three RG (Real Grade) 1/144-scale Gunpla kits from the Mobile Suit Gundam SEED series. The lottery window runs from 17 August 2026 at 11:00 a.m. to 23 August 2026 at 3:00 p.m. (JST), with winners announced on 25 August 2026.
About Gundam SEED
The Mobile Suit Gundam SEED series is set in the Cosmic Era (C.E.), a future where humanity is divided between genetically engineered Coordinators and naturally born Naturals. The original series began airing in 2002, followed by the sequel Mobile Suit Gundam SEED DESTINY. Most recently, the theatrical film Mobile Suit Gundam SEED FREEDOM, released on 26 January 2024, became the highest-grossing Gundam theatrical film of all time.

All three kits are assembly-model kits in 1/144 scale, recommended for ages 15 and up, made primarily from PS, PP, and ABS plastics. Product images show painted prototype samples; the final retail product may differ. Clear parts may contain minor air bubbles due to the manufacturing process.
Despite being offered via Premium Bandai’s lottery, none of the three kits are limited items — they will also be available at general hobby and model shops. However, stock allocated to Premium Bandai is limited, so interested buyers are encouraged to enter the lottery before it closes.
