Free streaming service Pluto TV has announced a significant expansion of its anime offerings, bringing new titles to both its on-demand library and linear channels with English dub and subtitle options.
Newly Added Anime Titles
The following series will be available on Pluto TV through both on-demand and linear channels, with dub and subtitle options:
- Vampire Knight
- Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress
- Terror in Resonance
- Mononoke
- Hikaru no Go
Expanded Dub Access for Existing Titles
Pluto TV will also broaden English dub access for series already on the platform, including Naruto, Sailor Moon, InuYasha, Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead, and Captain Tsubasa.
Additionally, both English-dubbed and English-subtitled versions of Inuyashiki Last Hero, One-Punch Man, and KenIchi the Mightiest Disciple will be added to the service.
New Anime Brands and Channels
The expansion introduces two new branded anime destinations: “It’s Anime,” dedicated to English-dubbed anime content, and “Big A Anime,” a curated channel featuring titles such as Vinland Saga, Dororo, entries from the Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress franchise, and fan-focused programming.
Pluto TV already hosts channels for Crunchyroll, Sailor Moon, Naruto, One Piece, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Lupin III. In May 2025, the service launched “Anime x HIDIVE,” “Pluto TV Anime Comedy,” and a dedicated InuYasha channel, followed by “Pluto TV Anime Movies” and “Kids Anime.”
Anime Drives Strong Viewership on the Platform
Pluto TV noted that adults aged 18–34 account for nearly half of all anime viewing hours on the service. Furthermore, anime viewers on Pluto TV spend nearly three times as many hours on the platform compared to viewers of other content — underscoring anime’s role as one of the service’s most powerful engagement drivers.
