A second collaboration between TV anime Seihantai na Kimi to Boku (正反対な君と僕) and fashion brand earth music&ecology has been announced, with pre-orders opening on the official web store “STRIPE CLUB” on September 4, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. JST.
About the Series
Based on the romantic comedy manga by Akasawa Koucha, serialized in Shueisha’s “Shonen Jump+”, the story follows Suzuki — an energetic girl who is overly conscious of others’ opinions — and Tani, a quiet boy who is nonetheless unafraid to speak his mind. Despite their polar-opposite personalities, the two gradually come to respect and understand each other amid their school friendships.
Season 1 aired from January 2026, and Season 2 is currently broadcasting from July. The cast includes Suzuyo Sayumi as Suzuki, Sakata Shogo as Tani, Taniguchi Yuma as Watanabe, Hirabayashi Konatsu as Sato, Iwata Anji as Yamada, Shimabukuro Miyuri as Higashi, Kato Wataru as Taira, Omori Kokoro as Nishi, and Kusunoki Tomori as Honda.
What’s New in Round 2
The first collaboration, launched alongside Season 1, centered on the in-series character “Yeti.” This second wave brings back Yeti while introducing “Tempura,” Tani’s beloved pet cat, as a brand-new addition to the lineup.
