DMM Pictures has begun streaming an English-subtitled teaser trailer for the television anime adaptation of Giant Ojō-sama (Giant Young Lady), the manga by Nikumura Q. The trailer reveals the main voice cast and additional staff details for the production.

The anime is being produced at Tatsunoko Production under the direction of Hiroshi Ikehata, known for directing WITCH WATCH. Katsuya Oshima serves as assistant director, while Hajime Mitsuda (Food for the Soul) takes on character design and chief animation direction duties. Yū Satō (Azur Lane: Slow Ahead!) is handling series composition and scripts. Music is being composed by Yūsuke Shirato (Rumble Garanndoll), Kijibato, and Aira (Dream Monster).

Story
The series follows Oriko Fujidō, the heiress of an ultra-wealthy family who was gifted an entire town on her fourth birthday. When a giant invader suddenly attacks her town, her butler Sebastian gives her a special drink that transforms her into a giant. Determined to protect her beloved town, Oriko charges into battle — but her enormous new form may end up causing just as much destruction, throwing the lives of the townspeople into complete chaos.
About the Manga
Nikumura Q has been serializing Giant Ojō-sama on Shogakukan’s Sunday Webry platform since July 2020. The series reached its 12th compiled volume on August 10. It earned a nomination for best web manga at the 8th Next Manga Awards (Tsugi ni Kuru Manga Taishō) in 2022, and the following year ranked fifth in AnimeJapan’s 6th “Most Wanted Anime Adaptation” poll.
