Fans of Mahou Shoujo Madoka☆Magica have a new collectible to look forward to. A completed non-scale figure of Kaname Madoka dressed in her new magical girl costume from Gekijouban Mahou Shoujo Madoka☆Magica〈Walpurgis no Kaiten〉 has been announced, and pre-orders are now open at Amiami. The figure is scheduled to release in August 2027.
About the Series
Mahou Shoujo Madoka☆Magica began as an original TV anime in 2011, following ordinary second-year middle schooler Kaname Madoka as a mysterious encounter sets her on the path of becoming a magical girl. The series was re-edited into two compilation films in 2012 — [前編] Hajimari no Monogatari and [後編] Eien no Monogatari — followed by the all-new theatrical entry [新編] Hangyaku no Monogatari in 2013. The latest chapter, 〈Walpurgis no Kaiten〉, serves as a direct sequel to Hangyaku no Monogatari and opened in Japanese cinemas on August 28, 2026.
