About the Manga
Published by Kodansha USA Publishing in English, Bless follows Aia — a girl told she was born to be a model — and Jun, a girl bullied over her freckles. Together they push back against a system that prizes innate talent over hard work, in a fashion manga that asks sharp questions about what beauty really means.
Sonoyama launched the series in Kodansha’s Shonen Magazine Edge in 2022; it now runs in Monthly Shonen Sirius. The manga has surpassed 1.25 million copies in circulation, with the ninth volume due on October 8. Kodansha USA released the seventh English volume on February 10, and the series is also available digitally via the K MANGA service.
Live-Action Series on Amazon Prime Video
Alongside the anime, a live-action adaptation of Bless is in the works, with Amazon Prime Video set to stream it exclusively worldwide in spring 2027.
