Anime film Rakuen Tsuiho: Kokoro no Resonance (楽園追放 心のレゾナンス) will hold a special complete-preview screening on October 31, 2026 at Shinjuku Wald 9 in Tokyo. The announcement was made on September 19 at a stage event during Kyoto International Manga Anime Fair (Kyomaf) 2026.

Ministry of Defense Cyber Contest Collaboration
A collaboration with the Ministry of Defense Cyber Contest (防衛省サイバーコンテスト) was also announced. Now in its seventh year, the contest challenges participants to solve network- and programming-based problems as quickly as possible. The next edition is scheduled for November or later.
A collaboration visual released alongside the announcement depicts the contest’s mascot characters Rai and Rii alongside the Diva investigator team from the film. Vice-Minister of Defense Yamato Taro offered a comment on the partnership:
“Sophisticated AI-driven cyberattacks have the potential to affect not only the safe use of networks but also culture itself — including manga and anime. The Ministry of Defense is continuously strengthening its cyber capabilities, and we hope this collaboration will inspire more people to take an interest in cybersecurity and consider careers in the field.”
About the Film
Rakuen Tsuiho: Kokoro no Resonance opens nationwide in Japan on November 13, 2026. The film reunites the core staff behind the original 2014 theatrical feature Expelled from Paradise to tell “a new story beyond that point.”
