The live-action drama 「赤灯えれじい」(Akari Elegy), adapted from the manga by Kira Takashi, has revealed seven additional cast members and their respective roles.

- Yamashita Rio — plays Maki, a mysterious cabaret hostess at a bar Satoshi wanders into
- Miura Masaki — plays Akiyama Yozo, Chiiko’s missing father

- Uchiumi Seiko — plays Kubo, another employee at the same company
- Hashimoto Shimin Kyujo (Rinjin) — plays Nakazono, the president of the web production company
- Nishikawa Norio — plays the president of a love hotel
Synopsis
Set in Osaka, the series follows Satoshi (Yanagawa Satoshi), a timid and unreliable part-time worker, and Chiiko (Akiyama Tomoko), a blonde yankee girl who is his complete opposite. The story depicts their clumsy, awkward romance.
