The new manga Juuou Bushin Dandevine Kai (獣王武神ダンデヴァイン戒) has launched its serialization in the November issue of Monthly Comic Dengeki Daioh, which went on sale September 26. The magazine is published by KADOKAWA.
The original work is credited to Good Smile Company and Liden Films, with artwork handled by TOGUCHI.
A Prequel Spinoff Set 20 Years Earlier
Juuou Bushin Dandevine Kai is a spinoff that takes place 20 years before the events of the TV anime Juuou Bushin Dandevine, which is scheduled to begin airing in October.
The story kicks off when Yusaku Kuroiwa, a young pilot of the giant robot Dandevine, falls for a honeytrap set by a female enemy commander — only for a weekly tabloid to publish photos of their secret rendezvous, setting the chaos in motion.
