A fresh lineup of Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru (その着せ替え人形は恋をする) Season 2 merchandise has gone up for pre-order on the online shop きゃらON!, with a release date set for December 4, 2026.
About the Series
Originally a romantic comedy manga by Shinichi Fukuda, serialized in Young Gangan, the story follows Wakana Gojo — a high school boy aspiring to become a master craftsman of traditional Hina doll faces — and Marin Kitagawa, the class’s popular girl with a passion for cosplay. The two come to share a secret that sparks an unexpected bond. The manga concluded in March 2025 after 15 collected volumes.
The TV anime adaptation launched in January 2022 and quickly became a hit. Season 2 followed in July 2025, with Himena Naota voicing Marin Kitagawa and Shoya Ishige as Wakana Gojo. Animation production is handled by CloverWorks.
