Japanese talent agency Intention has officially announced that it will dissolve on March 31, 2027. The company stated that all management operations will continue as normal until that date, and that it will provide the fullest possible support to its affiliated talents as they move forward in their careers.
Intention was founded in 2009 by voice actor Kenichi Suzumura. In June, the agency announced that Suzumura would gradually return to voice acting work after going on hiatus in February of this year. At the time, the company explained that Suzumura had been in poor health, with doctors diagnosing him with adjustment disorder.
This was not Suzumura’s first health-related hiatus. He previously stepped away from work in May 2024 due to health concerns, before gradually resuming his activities two months later.

In addition to Kenichi Suzumura, Intention represents a number of prominent voice actors and performers, including:

The agency has assured that it will do everything in its power to support each of its talents through the transition following the dissolution.
