Story Synopsis

Set in a fictional Japan evoking the Meiji and Taisho eras, the story follows Saimori Miyo, the eldest daughter of a family with supernatural abilities. Raised as little more than a servant by her stepmother Kanoko and half-sister Kaya, Miyo is ordered by her father to marry Kudo Kiyoka — an elite military officer with a fearsome reputation. As she strives to serve Kiyoka faithfully, Miyo conceals a secret about her own dormant powers.

Season 1 Finale

Season 1 concludes with Episode 12, “Light in the Darkness.” To wake the comatose Kiyoka, Miyo uses her awakening “dream-sight” ability and enters his dream world — only to find herself not at his side, but in the painful memories of the Saimori estate.
