Cast Comments

Sakurai Kaito (Yahata Yo): “I think this will be an action, sci-fi, survival film of tremendous scale. Many actors of the same generation gathered and worked things out together from the rehearsal stage. I hope audiences can feel that energy through the screen.”

Shiro Kairi (Mikami San): “The film deeply explores the psychology of people pushed to their limits — what they believe in and what choices they make. I was the youngest on set, but everyone was so warm. I hope you look forward to seeing what conflicts Mikami faces and what he chooses.”

Sakuma Ryuto (Kuki Kyu): “I was constantly amazed by the sheer scale of the production. No matter the era, people are still people — but I think this film lets you find hope even within that.”

Shogenji Yoko (Igarashi Satsuki): “This was my first time taking on a film role alone, away from the group. Amid the tension, I poured my soul into living as Satsuki. Please come aboard the Leviathan with us!”

UTA (Muguruma Roku): “Roku is strong, athletic, and deep down has love for his family. He throws himself into the death game without mercy for his own sake and theirs. I hope everyone gets to see the wild, intense performance the Fujii/Shingu team brought out of me!”
