The TV anime Akuyaku Reijo no Naka no Hito (悪役令嬢の中の人) has announced that voice actress Sakura Ayane will play Pina Blanche, the game’s heroine-turned-antagonist. The announcement came alongside the release of an another teaser visual and a “Heroine” PV.
About the Series
Slated to begin broadcasting in 2027, the anime is based on the novel of the same name by Makiburo, published under Ichijinsha Novels. The story centers on Remilia Rose Graupner, the designated villainess of an RPG-style otome game, who takes it upon herself to corner the game’s heroine — the very person who schemed against her — in order to protect Emi, a reincarnated soul inhabiting Remilia’s body.
Character: Pina Blanche
Pina is the protagonist and heroine of the in-universe otome game. She awakened a world-saving ability known as the “Star Maiden” (星の乙女), which allowed her to enroll in the same prestigious academy as Remilia despite her commoner origins. Though she appears charming and delicate on the outside, her true nature is vulgar and self-centered. Rather than fulfilling her role as the story’s heroine, she grows jealous of Remilia’s popularity among the male characters and schemes to drive her to despair.
New Teaser Visual and PV
The another teaser visual depicts Pina in her radiant heroine guise, accompanied by mini icons of her romance targets. The “Heroine” PV opens with Pina declaring, “I will be the one to save the world,” before her true self surfaces and bluntly asks, “Hey — you’re a reincarnator too, aren’t you?”

I wasn’t particularly familiar with the ‘villainess’ genre, but I had occasionally received messages from fans saying they wanted me to voice Pina, so I had been keeping an eye on the series from a distance. When I received the official offer and read through the material, I found myself completely captivated by its strange charm — and I’ve been psyching myself up to carry Pina’s personality, spirit, and life on my shoulders. I intend to give everything I have to this role. Please look forward to Akuyaku Reijo no Naka no Hito in animation — and I personally cannot wait!”
