To celebrate Pocket Monsters (Pokémon) turning 30 in 2026 — three decades since Pocket Monsters Red & Green first launched — Mister Donut is rolling out a special collaboration campaign titled “Everyone Gather! Winter Pokémon Campaign” (みんなで集合！冬のポケモンキャンペーン). Built around the theme “Alolan Diglett gathers everyone together!”, the event reunites fan-favourite Pokémon that have appeared in past Mister Donut collaborations over the years.
The Donut Lineup
- Mofu Mofu Pikachu Donut — A soft, moist yeast dough filled with whipped cream and topped with custard-flavoured flakes. The ears are chocolate, the eyes are chocolate plates, and the cheeks are strawberry-flavoured gummy. (Take-out ¥345 / Eat-in ¥352)
- Pon de Alolan Diglett — A chocolate-coated Pon de Ring base topped with custard cream and chocolate crunch to evoke the look of soil, with a choux pastry filled with whipped cream sculpted into Diglett (Alolan Form) poking out from the top. (Take-out ¥367 / Eat-in ¥374)
- Pokémon Atsumale! Angel & Custard — A fluffy choux donut coated in chocolate and filled with both whipped cream and custard cream. It comes in one of four different sleeve designs; collect all four to see a full gathering of classic Pokémon. (Take-out ¥237 / Eat-in ¥242)
- Pon de Wreath Burnt Caramel and Pon de Wreath White — Pon de Ring dough coated in burnt-caramel-flavoured chocolate or white chocolate, topped with coloured sugar. (Take-out ¥205 / Eat-in ¥209 each)
A new addition this year is the Slowpoke Donut (ヤドン ドーナツ), inspired by the famously laid-back Pokémon Slowpoke. The fluffy choux base is coated in white chocolate and topped with strawberry milk sugar, with whipped-cream ears and chocolate eyes and nose. (Take-out ¥345 / Eat-in ¥352) In-store sales begin 25 November; Mister Donut Net Order reservations open 18 November, with pick-up available from 23 November onwards.
Merchandise
Three exclusive premium items accompany the donuts:
- Blanket — Features a packed Pokémon gathering design in either orange or blue. This year’s version is taller than last year’s for extra comfort.
- Tsuyoiko Glass (Large) — A 360-degree Pokémon-print glass that holds approximately 150 ml when filled to the eight-tenths mark, sized for small children to grip easily.
The Goods Set (Take-out ¥2,200 / Eat-in ¥2,217) includes two Mister Donut Pokémon Donuts, one Pon de Wreath, one blanket of your choice, and an original paper bag. The Kids’ Goods Set (Take-out ¥1,180 / Eat-in ¥1,191) includes one Pokémon Donut, one Pon de Wreath, one Tsuyoiko Glass, and an original paper bag.
Sales Schedule
- Mister Donut Net Order advance reservations: East Japan 27–28 October; West Japan 29–30 October
- Advance-order pick-up window: 2–6 November
- General in-store sales begin: 4 November 2026
- Slowpoke Donut in-store sales begin: 25 November 2026
All items are available at Mister Donut locations nationwide (select shops excluded) while supplies last. Sales end at each shop once ingredients and merchandise stock run out.
