The TV anime 「『きみを愛する気はない』と言った次期公爵様がなぜか溺愛してきます」 (Kimi Ai), adapted from the original work by Misawa Kei and illustrated by Mizuno Natsu, has announced two additional voice cast members for the roles of the heroine’s father and mother.
New Voice Cast and Characters
Namikawa Daisuke will voice Lucas Yucalinen, while Kokufudo Mariko will voice Zophia Yucalinen — the father and mother of Elsa, the series’ heroine, and the elder siblings of Hannes.
Though the Yucalinen family has roots in royalty, they have since settled into life as a noble family that has left their aristocratic lineage behind. Nonetheless, Lucas and Zophia remain a deeply warm and loving couple who raise their children with wholehearted affection.
Story and Theme
This anime is a heartwarming romantic comedy brimming with “gap moe,” following Elsa, a fallen noblewoman who always sees the world through rose-colored glasses, and Julius, a talented young man who suppresses his emotions — a couple who agreed to a marriage of convenience on the day they first met, only for a slow-blooming love story to gradually unfold in the most charming way.
