The TV anime adaptation of 魔術を極めて旅に出た転生エルフ、持て余した寿命で生ける伝説となる — based on the manga written by Monstroe Sakakibara and illustrated by kanco — has officially been scheduled to begin broadcasting in January 2027. An opening footage clip from Episode 1 has also been released to the public.
Story
The series follows a protagonist whose ordinary life is cut short by a sudden accident, leading to reincarnation as an elf with a lifespan of 1,000 years. Determined not to let this new life go to waste, the protagonist — named Rees — sets out to leave a lasting mark on the world.
