Fans of The Prince of Tennis franchise have a new reason to celebrate: Atobe Keigo, the iconic “King” from the anime Shin Tennis no Ouji-sama (New Prince of Tennis), has been unveiled as the cover star of anan magazine issue 2514, a special edition set to hit shelves on October 7, 2026.

The series’ official X account announced the cover reveal, describing Atobe as arriving “in full king’s dignity, dressed in a black suit, ready to turn anan’s cover into the Atobe Kingdom.” Joining him inside the issue are fellow characters Echizen Ryoma, Fuji Shuusuke, and Oshitari Yuushi.
The special edition will also feature cast interviews with voice actors Minagawa Junko, Kaida Yuki, Suwabe Junichi, and Kiuchi Hidenobu. The official account teased that more surprises are still to come.
