The lineup features all-new original illustrations of the series’ beloved characters enjoying a game of street basketball on the streets of New York.
About BANANA FISH
BANANA FISH is based on the classic manga by Akimi Yoshida, serialised in Bessatsu Shōjo Comic from 1985 to 1994. The suspense-action story follows Ash Lynx, a street gang leader in New York, and Eiji Okumura, a young Japanese journalist, as they unravel the mystery behind the enigmatic keyword “Banana Fish.” The TV anime adaptation aired from July to December 2018.

The new artwork depicts Ash, Eiji, Shorter, and Sing having fun playing street basketball together — a lighthearted contrast to the series’ typically intense tone.
