Full broadcast and streaming details have been announced for Battle Spirits [Re] 絶界の空 (Battle Spirits [Re]: Zekkai no Sora), the latest TV anime entry in the long-running Battle Spirits franchise. Alongside this, a second nonstop live stream of all 413 episodes across the series’ entire history will be held on the BN Pictures YouTube channel, running from September 18 at 9:00 p.m. JST through September 25.

Story

Set in the city of Edo during the turbulent era later known as the Bakumatsu, the story centers on a form of battle called “Eternal” — once reserved exclusively for samurai who wagered their lives — which has since spread to the common people in a form that no longer demands death. In this era, a boy named Bashin Kuu, who loves Battle Spirits and yearns to grow stronger, encounters a mysterious samurai known as Ajara Zetsu and begins traveling alongside him.
