Fans who missed the Chiikawa escape game event on the Tokyo Metro now have a second chance to join the adventure. A home-play edition of 「ちいかわ、さがしてます。 『映画ちいかわ』東京メトロ脱出ゲーム」 is currently on sale online and at Lawson Metros stores, with a play window running from 9 November 2024 through 28 February 2027.

From the Tokyo Metro to Your Living Room

The original 「ちいかわ、さがしてます。」 was a roaming puzzle event held along Tokyo Metro lines through 3 November, based on the film 映画ちいかわ 人魚の島のひみつ — an original work by Nagano. Players solved clues to track down the missing trio of Chiikawa, Hachiware, and Usagi. The new home-play edition reworks the on-location exploration segments so the full experience can be enjoyed anywhere, using a dedicated puzzle kit alongside the ESCAPE.ID app.

What’s in the Kit

• A limited original postcard featuring newly drawn illustration created exclusively for this edition
• Pukupuku stickers (ぷくぷくシール) — previously only awarded to players who cleared the roaming event, now bundled in the kit from the start

Players who already purchased a puzzle kit during the original roaming event can use that same kit to play the home edition without buying a new one.
