Game developer JORO officially announced on Friday that it is developing a new mobile game titled Code Geass Knightmare Survivor for iOS and Android. The game is scheduled to launch sometime in 2026, and pre-registration opened on the day of the announcement.
Gameplay
The game is described as a survivor action title. It will be free to play, with optional in-game item purchases. Players will collect famous characters and Knightmare Frames from the franchise, train them, strengthen their forces, and then lead them into battle against large numbers of enemies appearing on screen at once.
Celebrating Code Geass’ 20th Anniversary
The new game is part of the 20th anniversary celebration for the Code Geass franchise. Several new projects are launching this year, including:
- The new anime Code Geass Hoshi Oi no Aspal (Code Geass: Aspal the Star Chaser)
- A new stage musical
- A special exhibition and many other projects
