The production team behind TV anime Daiya no A actII -Second Season- has released the main promotional video for the series’ second cour.
What’s in the PV
The video opens with Aomichi captain Miyuki Kazuya rallying his teammates in a huddle on the field. The latter half of the PV is set to the cour’s opening theme, “NEVER SAY NEVER AGAIN” by rock band GLAY. Accompanying the PV release are comments from TERU of GLAY — who wrote and composed the track — and from OxT, who perform the ending theme “ROAD TO BE BLUE”.
Story
Based on Terajima Yuji’s manga, Daiya no A follows Sawamura Eijun, a pitcher who enrolls at the prestigious Aomichi High School baseball program with dreams of reaching the national summit. Cour 2 centers on the high-stakes showdown between Aomichi and Inagi Jitsugyou for a spot at Koshien.
