The official website of the TV anime adapted from the manga 「”君を恋する気はない”と言った次期公爵様がなぜか溺愛してきます」 (The Duke’s Son Claims He Won’t Love Me Yet Showers Me with Adoration), written by Kei Misawa and illustrated by Natsuki Mizuno, has revealed two additional cast members:
- Makoto Tamura voicing Steeve, a servant who has served the ducal family for a long time
- Maaya Uchida voicing Tanya, a maid who has served the ducal family for many years
Synopsis
Elsa, the daughter of a fallen baroness, receives important news — a marriage proposal from Julius, a prominent young duke. She wonders to herself why a man of such standing would choose her, but after the wedding ceremony passes, Julius — who had once been cold and distant — undergoes a complete and striking transformation, showering her with tender care and affection that he cannot seem to hold back. He even tells her with a cool voice:
“I have no intention of falling in love with you.”
Yet in reality, his actions overflow with longing and an adoration he cannot deny.

The anime is scheduled to air in July on TV Asahi and BS Asahi.
The source manga launched on the digital platform BookLive in February 2021 under publisher Flex Comix, with Volume 5 released on March 13 of this year. An English-language version is also available on several digital platforms.
