Eiga Meitantei Precure! Fushigi na Niwa to Futari no Himitsu, which opened in Japanese cinemas on September 18, is set to expand into 4DX screenings beginning October 2.
The move marks a historic milestone: it is the first time in the entire Precure franchise — spanning 23 titles — that any entry has received a 4DX release. Audiences should note that guests under 100 cm in height will not be permitted to watch the 4DX version; full details are available on the official websites of participating theaters.
Second-Wave Admission Gift Announced
Alongside the 4DX news, organizers revealed the second admission gift campaign. Attendees will receive a 「はなまる発見★チェンジングカード」 — a lenticular-style card whose illustration changes when tilted. Three designs are available: one each for Meitantei Precure!, Kimi to Idol Precure♪, and Wonderful Precure!
The campaign runs for one week only, from September 25 through October 1. One of the three designs will be distributed at random to every ticket holder, regardless of age.
New Trailer: “First Step” Version
A new promotional trailer titled 「ファーストステップ篇」 has also been released, set to the film’s insert song 「First Step」. The footage includes a determined Detective Precure declaring “A detective never gives up!”, scenes of fairies cheering her on with Miracle Lights, and several cuts that delve into the heart of the story.
