About Grand Blue Dreaming
The Grand Blue Dreaming manga began serialization in Good! Afternoon magazine published by Kodansha in April 2014 and was first adapted as a TV anime in July 2018 by Amazon Prime Video as the global streaming service. There was also a live-action theatrical film that opened in Japan in August 2020.
The story follows Iori Kitahara, a college student who moves alone to a coastal town and encounters the unexpected world of student life — full of diving, rowdy friends, and chaotic alcohol-fueled antics.
