Dragon Ball fans, get ready! Bandai Namco has announced 「一番くじ ドラゴンボール EX 対決！レッドリボン軍」 (Ichiban Kuji Dragon Ball EX Taiketsu! Red Ribbon Army), a special lottery where every ticket is guaranteed to win a prize. All prizes are themed around the beloved “Red Ribbon Army” arc. Sales at retail locations begin on June 13, 2026, with online sales opening on June 16, 2026 at 1:00 PM JST.
Dragon Ball — A Legend That Never Dies
Dragon Ball is the manga created by Akira Toriyama, which ran in Weekly Shonen Jump from issue 51 of 1984 through issue 25 of 1995. The manga has sold over 260 million copies worldwide and continues to expand through anime series, films, and games. In 2024, marking the 40th anniversary of the franchise, a new anime series Dragon Ball DAIMA aired, and in the spring of 2026 Dragon Ball Super: Beerus — a remaster with all-new visuals and voices — is set to release, along with the announcement of Dragon Ball Super: Galactic Patrol, a sequel to the “Universe Survival” arc.
