King Gnu เปิดหน้า Station บน YouTube พร้อม MV เพลง GO GHOST จากAnime Ghost in the Shell

Japanese rock band King Gnu has announced the launch of a new “Station” page on their official YouTube channel, utilizing YouTube’s latest feature. The page went live on August 7.

The “Station” feature allows fans to watch King Gnu’s video content in real time around the clock, while also chatting with fellow viewers tuning in simultaneously. A key highlight of the page is the music video for “GO GHOST”, the band’s newly released single.

“GO GHOST” Sets Streaming Records as Ghost in the Shell Opening Theme

King Gnu digitally released “GO GHOST” on July 29. The track was written specifically as the opening theme for the TV anime 「攻殻機動隊 THE GHOST IN THE SHELL」, which began broadcasting on July 7. On its release day alone, the song surpassed 1 million streams in Japan and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Japan Hot Shot Songs chart.

About the Anime

Based on the original work by Shirow Masamune, the TV anime Ghost in the Shell: THE GHOST IN THE SHELL airs every Tuesday at 11:00 p.m. on Kantele and Fuji TV in the “Kayou Anival!!” timeslot. The series is directed by Moko-chan, with Iwasaki Taisei serving as music director and composer.

About King Gnu

King Gnu is a four-piece rock band consisting of Tsuneta Daiki, Seki Yu, Arai Kazuki, and Iguchi Osamu. Since their major-label debut in 2019, the group has become one of Japan’s most prominent rock acts, propelled by the smash hit “Hakujitsu” and their album “CEREMONY”, which sold over 500,000 copies. Their 2023 “THE GREATEST UNKNOWN” five-dome national tour and Asia tour drew a combined audience of 400,000.
