Volume 1 of Kyuusei no Doomsday (救世の終末時計) by Manabe Nanago went on sale September 25 through Akita Shoten. The ability-battle (異能バトル) manga follows two young saviors tasked with protecting the world from countless catastrophes.
Story
The series is set in a world battered by threats ranging from terrorism to monsters. A clandestine organization known as the Doomsday Clock Tower (終末時計塔) works behind the scenes to prevent global annihilation — and its two youngest agents are anything but ordinary.
Jishima Gekkou is a hardcore 2D otaku, while Imizu Inochi is a self-styled “atashiko” (あたシコ) streamer with a devoted online following. The twist: the two are classmates. In order to sharpen their coordination on the job, they are assigned to live together under the same roof.
The manga is currently serialized on Young Champion Web (ヤンチャンWeb).
