TV anime Magical★Explorer (Magical Explorer) has released its latest update, announcing that voice actress Onishi Saori will play Mizumori Yugine, one of the main characters of the series. A newly drawn character visual of “Mizumori Yugine” has also been unveiled for fans to enjoy.

Mizumori Yugine is one of the main characters of Magical★Explorer. In this new character visual, she is presented in a freshly illustrated design exclusive to this version.
Onishi Saori left a message for fans, saying that Yugine is a character who is straightforward and full of passion, and that she feels a little nervous before joining the magic club because Yugine is receiving her voice for the first time in the anime adaptation. But once the actual recording began, the atmosphere on set felt warm and familiar, like being at home. She also encouraged fans to look forward to watching the relationship between Yugine and Takine unfold.
Synopsis
Magical★Explorer is adapted from a light novel by Irisu, with the full title Magical★Explorer: Eroge no Yuujin Chara ni Tensei Shita kedo, Game Chishiki Tsukatte Jiyuu ni Ikiru, published by Kadokawa Sneaker Bunko. The story follows a protagonist who is reincarnated as Takine Kosuke, the overlooked side character of an eroge, and uses his knowledge of the game to fight his way up and lead the heroines to a happy ending — all set in the world of a magic academy.
