Fans of the figure-skating anime Medalist have new merchandise to look forward to. The online shop AMNIBUS has opened pre-orders for four new goods items, all featuring all-new illustrations of six beloved characters dressed in elegant China outfits: Yuzuki Inori, Akeурaji Tsukasa, Okamizaki Hikaru, Yotaka Jun, Suidori Rio, and Okazaki Iruka.
About Medalist
Medalist is a figure-skating manga by Tsurumaikada, serialised in Kodansha’s Afternoon magazine. The story follows Tsukasa Akeuraji, a young man whose skating career ended in failure, and Inori Yuzuki, a girl who dreams of the figure-skating world. Taking Inori on as his student, Tsukasa coaches her as the two work together toward the glory of becoming a true “Medalist.”
The TV anime adaptation launched in January 2025 and quickly became a social-media sensation — a line from Inori in Episode 12 ranked 7th in the Net Ryūkōgo 100 2025 (Internet Buzzword Rankings). Season 2 is set to premiere on 24 January 2026, with a theatrical film also planned for 2027. Inori is voiced by Natsumi Haruse, while Tsukasa is voiced by Yoshihisa Otsuka.
