Premium Bandai has opened pre-orders for the METAL ROBOT Spirits <SIDE MS> Prototype Asshimar TR-3 [Kehaar] Space Type (試作アッシマーTR-3［キハール］宇宙仕様), priced at ¥29,700 (tax included), with shipment planned for November 2026.

About the Machine

The Gundam franchise has grown continuously since the original Mobile Suit Gundam in 1979 — spanning over 45 years of TV series, theatrical films, OVAs, manga, novels, games, and model kits. The series is known for weaving war, politics, and human drama into its mobile suit battles, attracting fans across generations.

The Prototype Asshimar TR-3 [Kehaar] Space Type appears in ADVANCE OF Z: Under the Flag of the Titans, a side-story set in the world of Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam.

Model Highlights

Die-cast parts are used generously throughout the figure — including the drum frame that forms the machine’s core structure and the major joints — delivering a satisfying sense of weight and the rigidity needed to support the complex transformation mechanism.

The figure can transform into its Mobile Armor (MA) form, which concentrates its propulsion units at the rear for explosive acceleration. Fans should also look out for the rabbit emblem of the T3 unit, which is faithfully reproduced across multiple points on the armor.
